After sales policy

Every purchase of new concept photographing products has warranty. From the date of purchase within one year, if the product has performance (quality, non-human) problems, Spoonbill supply free maintenance for customers, the freight will be borne by Spoonbill; If the service time of purchase exceeds one year or the product problem is accidentally caused (man-made, falling, water inlet, etc.) during usage, the customer shall bear the freight and maintenance costs (the maintenance costs shall be subject to the after-sales test quotation).
